It's Tuesday night

and I'm home alone 

and feel the moments

and wish I were in them 

and wish you there

as others laugh lustily down

on the streets crowded in

fancy immorality 

as we sit in the smoky

Dragon's Den and sip champagne

sucking life's 

blood out of the 

thick New Orleans air.
